About The Waterview

The Waterview sits beside Lake Zoar in Monroe, combining a waterfront setting with ballrooms for wedding celebrations. The lake gives the day a natural visual thread, from outdoor moments to the reception.

Why a wedding film matters here

Water gives the setting movement: reflected light, wind through clothing and the changing atmosphere between afternoon and evening. A film can connect those details with the voices of the people celebrating with you. Clear vows and speeches matter just as much as the view, so audio and weather are part of the plan.

A practical filming plan for The Waterview

Plan lake portraits around the actual light on your date, and keep a nearby indoor alternative. Ask your coordinator which outdoor areas are available during your reception.

  • Send the full ceremony and reception schedule before choosing coverage hours.
  • Coordinate a short portrait window with your photographer, keeping time for guests.
  • Confirm microphone access with the officiant, DJ or band for vows and speeches.
  • Include walking, parking and weather alternatives in the final itinerary.

Two ways to see my storytelling

The wedding trailer below is a genuine example of my earlier wedding work. The second trailer is my independent romantic drama. These are general portfolio examples, not films presented as having been made at this venue.
